TECHNOLOGIES SIGNS TO BUILD "THE BEAST" FOR GSport
Last
year XtremeCarCD had the opportunity to interview GSport on
their newest concept and project called "The Beast",
a crate engine that will be ready for install the minute it
arrives. Yes this is a completed engine ready and hungry for
the street. After much anticipation the invitation came and
off I went to "The Motor City" to see the "Beast"
in action! Man was I impressed!
I first visited the Performance A.S. facility that will be
assembling the engine. I met them to not only see how it will
be developed but how they will test and assemble one of the
coolest ideas to come down Main Street Detroit. Oh-Yea! That’s
right, this is where the "Turners" invade the "Motor
City". It lies sleeping in its crate until you wake it
up and than look out!! Next stop??
THE
DYNO RUN
The
dyno!!! That’s right you can see it in action, installed
and ready! "Performance Turners" one of the best-equipped
garages in Detroit is the setting for this important dyno
test. Their reputations and knowledge is "HOT"!!
As soon as you walk in it's easy to see why these guys were
selected to wrench on this project! Think about it? GSport
selects your garage and they deliver the engine, you put it
in YOUR CAR and you get to run the #$@& out of it!!! Their
rep is one of the best and they have put some of the hottest
Turners on the streets of Detroit and man are they sick!!
The excitement and anticipation was running in high gear.
The dyno was lying there sleeping, after the hook-up was made.......
WELLLL!! You’ll see! 215hp!!!!! With a simulated 13.4
quarter mile!!!!!! Hang on!!!!
